Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at storageworks.us. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high order volume, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. Please allow extra transit time for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Standard Shipping: $8.95 USD

Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $45 USD

Estimated delivery time: 3–6 business days, depending on your shipping address.

Free Shipping

Free Shipping applies to orders placed on storageworks.us and shipped within the continental U.S. only.

The $45 minimum purchase requirement for non-members is calculated after all discounts are applied, including promotional discounts, organizational discounts, and coupons.

The following charges do not count toward the $45 minimum:

Shipping and handling fees
Taxes
Gift wrapping charges

Items Not Eligible for Free Shipping

The following items are excluded from Free Shipping:

Gift Cards
Gift Certificates
Digital products, including eBooks, digital magazines, and PDF files
STORAGEWORKS Membership
Unusually sized or overweight items
Any other item not specifically marked as eligible for Free Shipping

Free Shipping also does not apply if you choose a shipping method other than Standard Shipping.

If cancellations or returns reduce your qualifying subtotal below $45, STORAGEWORKS reserves the right to charge the applicable shipping and handling fees.
