• Seagrass over iron frame, built to last. Each basket is handwoven from natural seagrass over a sturdy iron frame by skilled artisans. The frame keeps its shape whether the basket is empty or fully loaded — no softening, no leaning over time.
• Scalloped top, stable base. The scalloped rim adds visual interest at eye level while the base sits flush and stable on any flat surface. Works on bathroom shelves, living room side tables, nursery units, and mudroom benches.
• Built-in handles, part of the weave. Two thickened handles are woven directly into the scalloped edges — not attached afterward. Carry both baskets together, reposition them without emptying, or pull them off a high shelf without losing grip.
• Natural material, slight variation is expected. Color may differ slightly from images — a natural characteristic of seagrass, not a defect. Each basket is unique.
